McNeal is a play by Pulitzer Prize-winner Ayad Akhtar that explores the relationship between humanity and the stories we tell, with a focus on artificial intelligence (AI) starring Robert Downey Jr.
I supervised the creation of a digital puppet of Robert Downey Jr that was used in a sequence of the play where he interacted with a digital version of himself.
This also included a “Word man” version that was used as a transition from text on stage to the digital version.

Our experience starts inside a sunlit garage. We follow the car out of the garage and through the city. Racing out of the city we arrive in desert a breath taking desert mountain. We conclude our road trip on a spirited track run.
Throughout the experience the viewer can, in real time, change the color and wheels of the car. This new technology can pave the way to new experiences. Change the time of day, the environment, or the attributes of the vehicle, or even the driver. Worlds can be created from stock video, a live action shoot, or as in this piece, full CG - except when it isnt. You be the judge.
Applications could include OEM website, product microsite, kiosk experience at an auto show, or a POS booth at a dealership.
The experience can be viewed at:

Project: Aftermarket
Aftermarket is an NFT based game where drivers race for pink-slips. A mechanic where, when a loser lost a drag race, the winner would win their car NFT. While the 10,000 unique 5-second video NFTs for Aftermarket were never dropped the technology behind it lead to many developments in Unreal Engine.
I Co-Founded this project with John Kim (Co-Creative Director, Art Director) and helped to form the core team of Developers, UX Designers, Musicans, Marketers, and Strategists.
And if you’re interested… the Investor Deck
I have made some of our Github repositories public - in there you can find a script that we used to submit 10,000 unreal render jobs to our render-farm via Deadline, and another used to submit FFmpeg jobs to Deadline. We also used this to add audio to our NFT’s.

Prophet Margin is a playfully provocative look at modern mythology, and the worlds oldest profession. Set in mid 20th century, Prophet Margin tells the story of a young girl who visits a church to seek holy redemption. Upon meeting a nun, she is shown a side of herself she didn’t know existed. This film seeks to question the conventions of capitalism, religion, sexuality and modern political ideals.
